SOLUTION
A dimensionally incorrect equation is always incorrect. But if an equation is  dimensionally correct, we cannot state it to be correct as it might have error in a constant needed to complete the formula.
$$eg:  A = r^{2}  \rightarrow$$ dimensionally  correct
But eqn for circle is $$A= \pi  r ^{2}$$
Hence, option C is correct.
