# In the figure, find x.

##### SOLUTION
We are given,
As we know any two parallel axis opposite each other make angle $\pi (or\ 180^{o})$
So, $2x + 4x= \pi$
$6x = \pi$
$x =\dfrac{ \pi }{6}$
now, $\angle ROP= 2x = \dfrac{2 \pi}{6} = \dfrac{\pi}{3} (or\ 60^{o})$
& $\angle ROQ= 4x =\dfrac{4 \pi}{6}= \dfrac{2 \pi}{3} (or\ 120^{o})$
So, value of $x$ is $\pi/6$ or $30^{o}$
