Physics

Of the following quantities which one has the dimensions different from the remaining three?

ANSWER

Angular momentum per unit mass

SOLUTION
Energy density $$=\dfrac{energy}{volume}=\dfrac{ML^{2}T^{-2}}{L^{3}}=ML^{-1}T^{-2}$$
Force per unit area $$=\dfrac{MLT^{-2}}{L^{2}}=ML^{-1}T^{-2}$$
Product of the charge per unit volume and voltage $$=Q\dfrac{\left ( IT \right )V}{Volume}=\dfrac{ML^{2}T^{-2}}{L^{3}}=ML^{-1}T^{-2}$$
Angular momentum per unit mass
$$=\dfrac{M^{1}L^{2}T^{-1}}{M}$$$$=L^{2}T^{-1}$$
So, option D is correct.
