What are Wilson theorem and Pell's equation ?

Wilson theorem- It is propounded by Bhaskarachaiya-I.
According to Wilson’s theorem, any integer, $$ p > 1 $$ is a prime number, if and only if $$ (p -1)! = -1$$. He also derived the formula $$ 8X^2 + 1 = $$ is which is called as Pell's equation.
